AI Integrator (Mid-Level or Senior)

The Boeing Company is hiring an AI Integrator (Mid-Level or Senior) to facilitate the discovery, synthesis, communication, and enablement of AI efforts across engineering teams, with a focus on breaking down silos and reducing duplicated effort.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, technical communications, training development, or a related role within an engineering or technical organization
• Demonstrated ability to gather, synthesize, and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on familiarity with AI productivity tools and a working understanding of prompt engineering principles, AI tool strengths and limitations, and responsible use considerations
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
