Bohler is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Land Development) to partner with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative land development solutions. The role involves project management activities, site plan preparation, permitting, and client collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in site design and jurisdictional permitting for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and drainage software such as StormCAD, Hydroflow, or HydroCAD; skilled in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Experience working directly with clients and project teams.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license beneficial.
