Delivery Lead | Engineering Manager

Role Overview

We're looking for a Delivery Lead | Engineering Manager to sit between a project manager and an engineering lead, owning delivery quality, team health, and technical direction. The role requires 3+ years of experience in a technical delivery, dev management, or similar hybrid role, with strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate is fluent in Polish and English, with practical experience with Agile delivery and hands-on with Jira, GitHub, and Google Workspace.

What You Will Do

The Delivery Lead | Engineering Manager will structure delivery, remove blockers, and keep quality high, think in systems, and manage engineering delivery end-to-end. They will also do 1:1s, feedback conversations, and performance support, and treat AI tooling as an engineering question.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical delivery, dev management, or similar hybrid role
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Practical experience with Agile delivery
• Hands-on with Jira, GitHub, Google Workspace
• Fluent Polish and English (B2+)
