Job Description
Bolder is an international provider of corporate, private, fund and governance services. We are currently searching for a Senior Governance Officer for our Philippines office.
Requirements
- Leading and overseeing daily operations within the Governance team
- Drafting, developing and optimizing standardized and bespoke legal documentation
- Managing and enhancing the client onboarding process
- Ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients
- Directing and providing strategic oversight of AML, regulatory reporting and tax compliance services
- Monitoring changes in corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements
- Taking the lead in training, mentoring and developing junior team members
- Representing the company in external forums, industry associations, and regulatory engagements
- Performing additional duties and spearheading special projects
