Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry and/or program management, in a commercial role, an asset
• Experience in change management
• Technical knowledge or experience managing complex products
• Detail-oriented, concentrated, and committed to respecting deadlines
• Strong leadership and analytical spirit
• Good communication skills (French and English)
