Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience
• Good knowledge of the aviation industry
• PMP certification or equivalent is an asset
• Strong experience in strategic project management
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
