Dental Lab Account Manager

The Dental Lab Account Manager is responsible for building BonaDent's brand while delivering high-quality products to dental customers and their patients. The role involves working closely with dentists and a technical team to ensure customer satisfaction, retaining and growing sales, and maintaining relationships with assigned accounts.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business management or a closely related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical contact related position.
• 3+ years account management experience.
• Strong focus on building relationships, ability to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables (cases).
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
• Ability to conduct self in a professional manner at all times.
• Effective research and analytic skills with the ability to draw conclusions and provide solid recommendations.
• Proficiency using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Works methodically and is highly organized and detail oriented.
• Fosters teamwork, communication and collaboration.
• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously.
