Production Line Lead

As a Production Line Lead, you'll play a crucial role in assisting the Production Supervisor in the setup and operation of one or more production lines, guiding, training, and motivating employees to achieve optimal performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills required
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Prior experience working with people with disabilities preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
