Copy of Franchise Business Consultant (District Manager)

Booster Juice is looking for a Franchise Business Consultant (District Manager) to oversee and support franchise partners in Simcoe and Bruce Counties. The successful candidate will help franchise partners succeed by optimizing operations, improving customer experiences, and achieving business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a multi-unit leadership environment or equivalent leadership role
• 5+ years in QSR, food & beverage, or retail operations
• 3+ years in business development, financial analysis, and training & development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Valid Driver's License & Personal Vehicle (frequent travel required)
