Job description
As a program management specialist, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Naval Aviation. You'll review and track technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness, track project schedules, and coordinate updates to programs' Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
You'll draft technical and administrative correspondence, prepare program status summaries and presentations, attend meetings, reviews, and conferences, and prepare meeting minutes. You'll work with key stakeholders and help with tactical Foreign Military Sales (FMS) logistics planning using resources like Microsoft Project and PowerPoint.
This is a chance to influence a meaningful mission while learning how to develop and maintain program strategy. You'll have all the resources to succeed and help make sure our NAVAIR customers meet their goals.
