Requirements
- Documented experience from a restaurant kitchen, preferably in a leading role or as a sous chef
- Good technical skills and sense of taste, timing, and presentation
- Experience of leading and coaching kitchen staff
- Knowledge of routines for food hygiene and HACCP
- Ability to work structured and carefully under pressure
- Experience of orders, cost control, and inventory management
- Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
