The Electrical Engineer is responsible for hardware-related work, including design, parts selection, circuit calculation and analysis, testing and verification, production support and technical communication.
Requirements
- Design and develop ECU /TCU/VCU for Engine Systems, Transmission Systems and Electric Vehicle systems
- Ensure products meet all customers and internal electrical requirements
- Collaborate across teams to ensure the achievement of hardware design objectives
- Apply engineering CAD/CAE tools to perform design analysis and evaluation
- Develop EMC and electrical performance DV/PV test plans
- Verify and validate designs on bench and in vehicle as necessary
- Track and resolve technical issues arising in all stages of hardware development
- Create and maintain technical documents related to hardware design and testing
- Follow engineering design process and product release procedures
- Provide technical support to manufacturing during pilot run and production start-up
