
Job description
The Driller is responsible for operating/monitoring rig drilling equipment and support systems, providing direct supervision of the drilling crew, and ensuring safe and efficient drilling operations. The role involves working under the direction of the Toolpusher and ensuring compliance with Borr Drilling and Client policies and procedures.
The Driller will perform duties assigned by the Toolpusher, ensure safe and efficient drilling operations, and provide support in the day-to-day management of drilling operations. This includes conducting pre-tour meetings, directing drill crew during jacking operations, and monitoring down-hole conditions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conducting and supervising offshore drilling operations, previous experience working as a Driller, and advanced safety knowledge and strong safety leadership abilities. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
