
Job description
Act as a first point of contact for offshore personnel, providing support to the Offshore Installation Manager and Rig Manager with offshore logistics, personnel movements, and HR matters. Improve employment policies, processes, and practices.
Maintain accurate personnel files, support employee relations and performance management, and provide HR support to offshore personnel. Coordinate HR induction, provide on-call cover, and support recruitment events.
Requires excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and experience in logistics/crew management. Must be able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail, and demonstrate commitment to Company Management Systems.
