Human Resources Coordinator

Role Overview

Act as a first point of contact for offshore personnel, providing support to the Offshore Installation Manager and Rig Manager with offshore logistics, personnel movements, and HR matters. Improve employment policies, processes, and practices.

What You Will Do

Maintain accurate personnel files, support employee relations and performance management, and provide HR support to offshore personnel. Coordinate HR induction, provide on-call cover, and support recruitment events.

Requirements

• Valid offshore survival and pre-mobilisation certification
• CIPD membership or local equivalent
• Experience in Logistics/Crew Management
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Competent using HRIS and MS Office
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrate commitment to Company Management Systems
