Maintenance Coordination Engineer

Role Overview

The Maintenance Coordination Engineer supports hemisphere operations and technical personnel in the administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and maintenance processes. This role provides support for the administrative aspects of the CMMS, conducts periodic audits, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

Supports CMMS administration, assists with planning of major scopes of maintenance work, liaises with Regional Technical Superintendents, monitors and reports maintenance KPIs, and audits the CMMS to ensure compliance with company expectations.

Requirements

• Permanent right to work in Mexico
• Relevant experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas Industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or vocational qualification in a technical field
• Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
• Working knowledge of equipment and systems on drilling rigs
• Working knowledge of maintenance management, preferably of drilling rigs
• Administration and/or End User of a CMMS
• Awareness of Supply Chain management
• Ability to liaise with drilling rigs’ technical teams and rig management teams
• Ability to liaise effectively with external parties (client, OEM, vendors, regulators etc)
• Strong personnel and administrative skills
