
Job description
The Offshore Installation Manager is responsible for the overall charge and safety of all persons onboard, equipment, and rig. They provide leadership and direction for meeting customer drilling program requirements and ensure compliance with Borr Drilling's policies and procedures.
The OIM will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and management of the rig, conducting safety meetings, training, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also oversee drilling activities, logistics, and emergency response.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience in offshore drilling operations, leadership experience, and a MODU OIM License. They will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of the rig, as well as the well-being of the crew.
