Job Description
Design, implement, and optimize software systems for Boston Dynamics' robot Stretch, enabling autonomous capabilities for warehouse environments. Develop robust, high-performance, and scalable software to drive applications like trailer unloading, mobile palletizing, and order building.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1-2+ years of experience as a robotics software engineer or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
- Experience coding in C++
- Experience working with robotic systems, testing and writing software for a real robot, and in particular, debugging a robotic system
- Experience with finite state machines, behavior trees, grasping/manipulation, navigation, motion planning, or localization, machine vision/perception, off-board safety systems, and robotic hardware
