VP of Engineering

Bounce is building cloud storage for the physical world, starting with the largest global luggage storage network. As VP of Engineering, you'll own product delivery and engineering hiring, partnering with the CTO to take Bounce from a 25-person engineering team to a 50+ person org.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, ideally with at least 25 people reporting to you
• Strong technical foundation, with experience reviewing system design and making architectural decisions
• Proven experience in hiring and closing senior engineers, with a focus on treating hiring as a primary part of the job
