Box is looking for a Sales Development Representative to work with Account Executives and Marketing department to attract great clients and identify challenges and how Box can help solve them.
Requirements
- Act as the initial point of contact for new customers via our sales channels and respond promptly to their inquiries
- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and marketing efforts aimed at creating business opportunities
- Successfully negotiate and close contracts for deals valued at less than $5,000 in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Foster connections with a wide range of clientele and encourage discussions about Box solutions
- Demonstrate attentive listening skills when understanding customer requirements and articulating how Box can meet those needs effectively
- Meet established quota targets for territorial revenue growth consistently
- Adhere to Box’s standards when using the Salesforce system while also providing lead metrics
- Occasionally close deals yourself with smaller organizations
