Job Description
BoxLunch is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and fostering a collaborative team. This role requires passion for pop culture, operational skills, and strong communication. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for recruiting, managing team performance, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
- Leadership skills with experience leading teams to success.
- Proficiency in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising), and team development.
- Ability to be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
