Hot Topic is seeking a part-time Music and Pop Culture Sales Associate to create a fantastic customer experience and provide excellent product knowledge. The role involves managing the sales floor, processing transactions, assisting with merchandising, and supporting store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong fandom knowledge and contribute to a positive and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• Superpowers in providing customer service and selling
• Ability to communicate fashion & music trend information
• Able to be at least 16 years of age
• Avenger-like collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack and unpack boxes.
