Job Description
BoxLunch is seeking a Pop Culture Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and help customers get their hands on merch. The role involves managing the sales floor, maintaining the store, and communicating with management on fashion trends. They encourage customers to return, share their fandom knowledge, and contribute to a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a retail environment.
- Passion for philanthropy and all things pop culture.
- Superpowers in providing customer service and selling.
- Able to navigate the store and merchandise product.
- Able to pack and unpack merchandise up to 50 pounds.
