Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking energetic individuals with a passion for music and pop culture to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the store experience. The Sales Associate will assist with sales, replenish merchandise, create visually appealing displays, and contribute to a positive store environment. They'll also provide fashion and music trend information to management.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience
- Superpowers in providing customer service and selling
- Retail-related skills (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Ability to navigate the store
- Merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Packing and unpacking boxes of merchandise
