Collision Estimator

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Collision Estimator to provide exceptional customer experience while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs, and ensuring compliance with insurance client requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of experience in collision repair.

Requirements

• Provide Customer with accurate and timely information
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
• Participate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team
• Support all team members when required
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting
• Attend training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by Store Manager
