Job Description
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis is seeking Youth Development Professionals to plan and implement structured educational and recreational programs for children ages 6-17. This part-time position involves community engagement, fostering positive relationships with students, and maintaining a safe and productive learning environment.
Requirements
- Ability to work with children ages 6-17.
- Knowledge of basic computer and technological skills.
- Knowledge with grade level reading, math, and science.
- Classroom management and conflict resolution skills.
- Artistic and STEM knowledge (plus)
- Classroom observation skills.
