Job Description
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis is seeking youth development professionals to implement structured educational, social, and recreational programs for children aged 5-18. This part-time position involves planning, implementing, and supervising activities, requiring knowledge of basic computer skills and classroom management.
Requirements
- Ability to work with children ages 5 to 18
- Knowledge of basic computer and technological skills
- Ability to assist with homework
- Knowledge of grade level reading, math, and science
- Classroom management and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of arts & crafts, visual arts, physical fitness, and STEM
- Ability to move around the classroom
- Classroom observation and student assistance
