Site Coordinator

The Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations of a branch/unit/satellite, supervising staff, and managing facility. They plan and oversee programs and activities to support youth development and ensure a healthy, safe environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Three years of experience in a Boys or Girls Club or similar organization
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and project management abilities
