Boys Town is looking for a Software Developer to code, test and develop applications, integrations to support organizational requirements. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills and take the initiative to expand their skills in a growing environment.

Requirements

• Develops, documents, and tests software that meets system specifications and user requirements.
• Develops new software functions, integrations or modules using one of the organization's application platforms.
• Maintains and updates existing software applications.
• Collaborates with senior staff regarding software additions or revisions.
• Tests application programs thoroughly by performing unit testing.
• Maintains coding standards and naming conventions.
• Develops support materials for developed software including program documentation and operational instructions.
