Job description
The IT Governance Department (DGTI) team promotes integrated direction and strategy of Technology dependencies, aligned with the Organization's objectives. As an Agile Coach Manager, you will act in the management of Business Tribes and be responsible for defining priorities for action in the agile transformation of the BU according to strategic objectives and managing the budget of the area.
Your main activities will be: responsible for defining priorities for action in the agile transformation of the BU according to strategic objectives and managing the budget of the area; performs a fundamental role in the allocation of talents (Agile Coach and Agile Portfolio Management) in different initiatives and teams of the organization; guarantees alignment between different agility practices (through synchronization sessions between the leader); resolves dependencies, risks, impediments, and priorities in prioritized initiatives.
