Job description
We're looking for a Full Cycle Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for Brain Co.'s Engineering teams. You'll partner closely with our in-house recruiting team and engineering leadership to attract and close world-class technical talent.
You'll design and drive our recruiting engine, from crafting outbound strategies and refining our brand narrative to managing candidate experience and closing complex offers across global markets.
You'll thrive in this role if you have 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, must have experience with engineering or technical roles, and are a strong storyteller who can translate technical work into a compelling narrative for candidates.
