Sales Director

We are hiring a Sales Director to lead and drive the commercial growth of Ultimate Group's events portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring extensive commercial experience within the online trading, fintech, financial services, or adjacent B2B event industries, with a strong understanding of the ecosystem and key market participants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 7–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and leading high-performing sales teams
• Strong experience applying consultative sales methodologies and structured sales processes
• Experience within the online trading, fintech, financial services, or B2B events industry
• Experience working across international markets
