Maintenance Planner

Role Overview

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for preparing and coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment reliability and plant efficiency. Operates within standards, schedules, and KPIs established by the Engineering Manager. Serves as the liaison between maintenance, production, and other departments to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

What You Will Do

Plan and schedule maintenance work, prepare job plans, draft weekly maintenance schedules, coordinate maintenance activities with production, assist with minor maintenance tasks or troubleshooting, inspect equipment and facilities, execute preventive maintenance activities, support predictive maintenance checks, review and clarify incoming work requests, ensure accurate documentation of completed work, coordinate parts kitting, recommend min/max inventory levels, track maintenance KPIs, analyze equipment performance trends, and provide feedback on maintenance programs.
