Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Role Overview

We're looking for a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician who brings strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including PLC experience, and has a desire to grow into a leadership role. You'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing all plant equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What You Will Do

You'll work hands-on with complex systems, solve real-time production challenges, and play a key part in keeping our facility running at peak performance. You'll also gain exposure to cross-functional teams, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and have the opportunity to develop leadership skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience in an industrial setting
• Certificate of Skill (Welding, Rigging, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Bearings)
• Ability to work both independently and as a team
• Understand and comply with safety standards

• Hiring Range: $33.00 to $38.00
