ServiceNow Technical Architect

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our Technical Operations team. The role involves designing, building, and enhancing solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM on the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise-scale environments
• Proven track record delivering ServiceNow platform upgrades and managing version transitions
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/CSM) – highly desirable
• Experience working in an ITIL-aligned or service management–driven organization
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline
• ITIL v4 certification – preferred
