Forward-Deployed Data Scientist II

Braze is a customer engagement platform that empowers brands to Be Absolutely Engaging. As a Forward-Deployed Data Scientist II, you will partner with customers to ensure their success, collaborate with Analytics/BI teams and Braze colleagues on implementations, and contribute to shaping BrazeAI product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role
• Strong technical expertise in Python, core ML libraries, SQL, and engineering best practices
• Experience with DevOps tools, data integration/ETL, and pipeline optimization (nice-to-have)
• Customer collaborator and entrepreneurial problem-solver
