Recruiter II

Braze is seeking a world-class Recruiter II to help build and scale its PDE (Product, Design, and Engineering) teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment, with a strong track record of hiring technical talent and a deep understanding of recruitment metrics. They will be responsible for designing and executing customized recruiting strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and mentoring junior team members. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment
• Successful track record of hiring technical talent, with experience across skillsets including software engineering, product management, and design
• Deep understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to use data effectively to drive strategic decisions
• Proven experience in independently partnering with and influencing executive leadership on hiring initiatives
• Strong knowledge and interest in technology and engineering
