HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with 5–10 years of experience to join our growing cybersecurity organization in Pune. The HR Generalist will manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle, support recruitment and onboarding activities, drive employee engagement and HR initiatives, handle HR policies, compliance, and employee relations, and support performance management and HR reporting.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of HR Generalist experience
• Prior experience in IT/SaaS/Cybersecurity preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and MS Excel
