Part-Time Property Coordinator Scatter Site

The Property Coordinator, Scatter Site is responsible for working with the program's operation manager to ready and maintain apartment units for Scatter Site program, communicating and coordinating with property management and building superintendents, and overseeing apartment repairs and furniture replacement.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain effective, professional relationships with landlords, building supers and management companies
• Conduct and maintain record of apartment inspections
• Record, track, monitor, and report on repairs through completion
• Serve as main point of contact for Superintendents and property managers
• Assist staff in the tenant move-out process
