Breakthrough Central Texas seeks a strategic, systems-oriented leader to serve as Deputy Executive Director, responsible for organization-wide leadership of Breakthrough’s program strategy, execution, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Education, Public Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in education, non-profit management, or related field.
- Experience in senior leadership, preferably in a large organization.
- Strong understanding of college access and success, preferably in a similar role.
