
Job description
The Account Manager is responsible for product sales, sales administration, stock and debtor management, cost control, and managing the profit and loss of key accounts. This role requires a strong leadership and communication skills, experience working in an international environment, and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Science or related field.
Achieve optimum turnover and profit, develop and maintain a marketing plan, conduct regular market surveys, ensure Key Accounts follow standard sales force management practices, and lead, train, motivate, and develop the sales team.
This role is suitable for someone with a minimum 5 years of experience in chemical sales and marketing within the Beauty & Care industry, who is fluent in English, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive, and has a goal-oriented mindset.
