
Job description
The Human Resources Manager serves as the primary HR partner and point of contact for employees and leaders, providing primarily operational human resources support and some strategic partnership. This role acts as an employee advocate while leading and advancing the Human Resources function to support organizational goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, oversee HR strategies, programs, policies, and procedures, lead conflict resolution, oversee talent acquisition, lead employee lifecycle processes, communicate HR policies, ensure organizational compliance, guide leaders on HR policies, and support annual and cyclical HR processes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, and HR certification. Experience in wholesale, distribution, or chemical manufacturing environments is preferred, as well as prior experience working in the oil & gas industry and matrixed organizations.
