Warehouse Operator

Role Overview

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently handling liquid and dry chemical products, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance throughout all warehouse and transfer operations. This hands-on role involves loading and unloading trucks, tankers, and railcars; operating forklifts and other industrial equipment; repackaging and labeling materials; and maintaining precise inventory records.

What You Will Do

Receive, unload, and prepare liquid and dry chemical products from/to trucks, tankers, and railcars. Operate powered and manual industrial lift trucks to transport product in the warehouse. Maintain accurate receiving/shipping logs and record amounts of product received or distributed via computer program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in working with chemical operations (2+ years)
• Forklift Operators certification
• Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out detailed instructions in English
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to learn and operate technology-based devices
• Meet or exceed production requirements
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Pass E-verify check
• Capable of attaining a TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Credential) card
