
Job description
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently handling liquid and dry chemical products, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance throughout all warehouse and transfer operations. This hands-on role involves loading and unloading trucks, tankers, and railcars; operating forklifts and other industrial equipment; repackaging and labeling materials; and maintaining precise inventory records.
Receive/unload and prepare/load liquid and dry chemical products from/to trucks, tankers, and railcars. Inspect tanks, tankers, and railcars before and after loading/unloading operations. Verify product against receiving/shipping documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and damages.
This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work cooperatively with other departments and personnel, and be willing to work overtime or weekends as needed.
