Job description
The Development Kitchen Specialist supports the development of Breville's cooking and food preparation products by bringing strong food knowledge and hands-on testing capability into the product development process. This role is responsible for evaluating product performance, structured testing, data collection, benchmarking, and product development. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Specialist helps improve food outcomes, validate product performance, and support products that meet consumer needs and intended claims.
