Requirements
- 8+ years in SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing, with at least 3 years leading a team and owning strategy and budget at a B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology company.
- Pipeline orientation: You connect organic channels to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes, not just traffic and rankings.
- Technical SEO depth: You can read crawl logs, diagnose Core Web Vitals issues, direct schema implementations, and partner credibly with engineers on site architecture decisions.
- AI visibility fluency: You’ve actively experimented with citation strategies, structured content for model consumption, or measured share of voice in answer engines.
- Content instincts: You can tell the difference between content that earns trust and content that fills a page.
- Vendor management judgment: You’ve managed agencies and know how to hold them to outcomes, not just deliverables.
- Comfort with ambiguity: You make consequential decisions with incomplete data.
- Experimentation mindset: You treat failure as a feedback loop.
