Group Product Manager

Join Brex as a Group Product Manager to own a product area, set strategy, and drive outcomes that move company-level metrics. This role involves operating across multiple modes, leading teams, and leveraging AI tools aggressively in your work.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, with direct experience managing and developing PMs.
• Have owned and scaled complex product areas in B2B, SaaS, or fintech, including driving measurable business outcomes across a multi-team portfolio.
• Can set strategy across multiple product surfaces and translate it into roadmaps your team actually executes against.
• Technically fluent enough to engage in architecture and systems tradeoffs with Engineering, not just defer to them.
• Data-driven by default: you define the metrics, design the experiments, and use the results to make calls.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, making prioritization tradeoffs with incomplete information, and bringing senior stakeholders along.
• Clear, concise communicator — written and verbal — who can distill complex product problems into narratives that land with executives and cross-functional partners alike.
