We are looking for a Senior Manager - Commercial Data Analytics & Forecasting to join our team. You will be responsible for critical analytics workstreams that inform launch preparation, execution, and strategic planning. You will use data analytics and forecasting to prepare the organization for the commercial launch of one rare disease therapeutic. Responsibilities include monitoring rare disease market dynamics, managing commercial demand forecasts, and partnering with internal groups to understand and integrate key business dynamics into forecast.
Requirements
- Use data analytics and forecasting to prepare the organization for the commercial launch of one rare disease therapeutic
- Monitor rare disease market dynamics through prescription and related data sources
- Manage commercial demand forecasts, including forecast assumptions, model construction, and variance analyses
- Partner with internal groups to understand and integrate key business dynamics into forecast
- Design, manage, and evolve performance reporting for near-market pipeline products
- Develop and maintain analytic tools for the Commercial Analytics organization
- Use primary and secondary data sources to answer critical business questions that shape launch strategy and tactical execution
- Measure the impact (ROI) of key commercial tactics, lead efforts to optimize impact of key initiatives
- Assist/Lead efforts for marketing mix optimization, HCP targeting, HCP/Patient segmentation
