QA Lead

Role Overview

We are hiring a QA Lead to join our team supporting our clients. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will own end-to-end quality for client deliverables, work with client to drive test strategy, and collaborate directly with the client's QA team and developers alongside Bridgenext's QA and engineering teams.

What You Will Do

Lead QA activities for enterprise CMS engagements, design and execute comprehensive manual test cases, build and maintain automated test suites, collaborate with client and Bridgenext teams, define and enforce QA best practices, and leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate testing activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall QA experience
• 2+ years in a QA Lead or senior QA capacity
• Strong hands-on manual testing experience
• Hands-on experience with test automation
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools
• Solid scripting / programming proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Strong understanding of API testing
• Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Excellent communication skills
