Equities Research Associate, Asia Solutions

Bridgewater Associates is a premier asset management firm seeking a Research Associate on its Asia Solutions team to understand the fundamental drivers of markets and turn that understanding into systematic trading strategies and investment advice for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant field (markets / investing, quantitative analysis, etc)
• Fluency in Mandarin
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills; experience working with and analyzing large datasets
• Strong familiarity with Chinese accounting standards (CAS) and experience in using WIND
• High integrity and Bridgewater culture fit
