As a Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis, lead the budgeting and forecasting function for the Turf & Consumer business unit, partnering with management to develop and execute strategic plans, and analyzing business performance to drive informed decisions.

Requirements

• Developing and driving an effective and efficient planning process
• Measuring business performance against strategies and goals
• Analyzing and reporting performance utilizing trend analysis and experience data
• Developing timely tools and metrics to enable management to make informed business decisions
• Leading the preparation and update of the business unit's long-range strategic financial plan
• Analyzing actual to budget trends in financial statements and key company drivers and trends on a monthly basis
• Performing full range of managerial responsibilities
